At kapeefit, we do our best to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered to customers as soon as possible. We follow a process to ensure that all orders are shipped properly and get delivered within the timeline.
For online orders:
- Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 5-7 days by our shipping partner.
For Cash-On-Delivery orders
- Customers will receive an order confirmation call from the customer support team to verify and confirm the customer’s address.
- Once confirmed, orders are shipped within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. In the scenario that a customer isn’t available via call and hasn’t confirmed their order, we make 2 more attempts before dispatching the order otherwise cancel the order.
- Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 5-7 days by our shipping partner.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Prepaid Charges On Orders
- Above ₹799 – ₹0
- Between ₹799 & ₹500 – ₹55
- Between ₹499 & ₹150 – ₹80
- Below ₹150 – ₹99
- 5% discount up to ₹125 on cart value is applicable on checkout if order is prepaid
COD Charges On Orders
- Above ₹799 – ₹49
- Between ₹799 & ₹500 – ₹104
- Below ₹500 – ₹129
- Order below ₹150 on COD is not acceptable
Shipping Coverage
- We only ship to addresses in India and cover most of the delivery pin codes in the country. If your pin code is not serviceable, then our customer service team will contact you.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
